Yoga Stretch is a 30 minute class that has been created to help you relax, restore and rejuvenate. The class is an infusion of soft, gentle postures and calming breathing techniques that are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
This 1 hour practise is an infusion of soft, gentle postures with dynamic, physical flow elements. This Yoga practise combines ancient yogic asanas with sacred breath and relaxation techniques. Ideal for you to complete in the comfort of your own home.
